As a photographer, I have held a camera since I was in high school. That is when I discovered the beauty of Ansel Adams photography and wanted to create photographs just as moving. My youthful interest in photography soon grew into a lifelong commitment.
Pursuing my career in Photography, I have taken many different roads. Along the way, I earned an BS in Physical Education at University of Idaho in Moscow Idaho; a BA in Political Science at University of West Florida in Jacksonville FL; and a masters in Finance at Webster University. During this time, I have served 20 years in the Navy. At the same time photography continued to be a passionate avocation. In my free time, I attended as many workshops and photography classes as I could. In 2011 I began the photography degree program at the Arts Institute of Pittsburgh to start pursuing photography full time.
My work can be seen in galleries through out Colorado. I currently lives in Peyton CO with my husband of thirty years, their three dogs, two horses and one cat, and their youngest son.
